We read every message. We're a small operation (one teacher and some very patient AI assistants), so replies may take a few days — but they come from a real human.

Before you write

Something looks old? Try a hard refresh first (Ctrl+Shift+R / Cmd+Shift+R) — browsers love showing yesterday's version.
Sound not playing? Browsers only allow audio after your first click on a page. Click anything, then try again.
Lists/settings gone? They're stored on your device only — using a different browser or device starts fresh.
